The Medusa cellar wall

The Wine Cellar at Medusa

Over 200 labels, selected bottle by bottle

The published list is still in preparation, but the philosophy is already clear: the cellar at Medusa is part of the room, with bottles displayed around the dining space rather than hidden away. Greek vineyards lead the conversation. International bottles appear only when they deepen it.

Cellar Philosophy

A collection shaped by place, balance and memory

Greek at the core

Assyrtiko, Xinomavro, Malagousia, Limniona, Mavrotragano and other Greek varieties anchor the cellar because they speak most clearly with this cuisine.

International with purpose

Champagne, Burgundy, Tuscany and a handful of other regions appear only when the bottle brings precision, depth and a real reason to be opened here.

Built for the table

This is not a trophy list. It is a working cellar designed for seafood, grilled meats, long dinners and thoughtful pairings across the entire evening.

What It Represents

The cellar says what Medusa stands for

Medusa may be hidden on the second floor, but the cellar is not concealed. The bottles live in full view around the room, folded into the atmosphere while the service stays confident, exact and never showy for its own sake.

With more than 200 labels, the cellar gives guests room to move from crisp island whites to serious reds, celebratory sparkling wines and rarer bottles for longer tables and slower nights.

Ask the Team

The full cellar selection will be published soon

Until then, call for reservations or ask the team in the dining room for current labels, pairings and special bottles available that evening.
